Of Chocolate eggs and Easter bunnies

A/N: I know I should be working on "To Die For", but I just can't help myself. I'm still in the Easter season, so I have to write something sappy, short and fluffy to make up for all the angst I've written. So enjoy this piece of fluff; and expect the next chapter of To Die For sometime later today or tomorrow. =)

Disclaimer: All characters belong to Akira Toyiama, TOEI animation, Bird Studio, Bandi and FUNimation.

Pairing(s): T/P, with slight G/M on the side (that's right, G/B fans! This has G/M in it. Don't read if you don't like.)

"No."

"Come on Trunks! Please?"

"No, I won't do it." Trunks' voice was firm, almost daring Pan to challenge it.

"You have to," Pan said stubbornly, crossing her arms and giving her boyfriend a steady glare. Behind the glare those chocolate brown eyes were almost pleading. "I already promised Marron we'd help and--"

"You will back your word out if you know what's good for you," Trunks finished, giving her his best death look. "I absolutely refuse to dress in...in...that." He pointed to the huge, bright pink fuzzy bunny costume on the floor.

Pan giggled. "Com'n, Trunks! You already dressed up as a woman once, It can't hurt to dress stupid once more."

"It'd kill my pride," Trunks whined, reminding Pan of an uncooperative two-year-old. "Goten will laugh until he dies if he sees me in that thing."

"That's another reason you've got to wear it," Pan said, trying her best to keep her face strait. "I bet Goten 20,000 yen [A/N: Remember, this is Japan. That's about $20, for those who don't know.] that you'd do it, now I will not let you back out now."

"Too bad. You've got 20,000 yen, right?"

Pan sighed and threw up her hands. "You're impossible! Please do it, just this once? For your own girlfriend?"

"I know that if I do it this time, Marron can think I can do it again and again and again..."

"Fine," Pan said, scowling. "If I can't beg you to do it, then I'll just have to take the next step."

"What's that?"

"Blackmail."

"Blackmail?" Trunks retorted, raising an eyebrow and looking at her curiously.

"Yup. No sex unless you do the favor." She narrowed her eyes. "Ever."

"You're not serious."

"Oh, but I am." Pan gave her most wicked grin.

"You know, if I didn't love you, I'd probably kill you."

"I'll take that as a yes?"

Trunks sighed, crossed the room, and flopped on the couch. "When do I have to get ready?"

Pan crossed the room, smiling, and planted a soft kiss on his lips in a silent Thank you.

Goten slouched further in his chair, watching his girlfriend pace the living room back and forth until he thought he was going to be dizzy. He closed his eyes and sighed.

"If you don't stop pacing like that, Marron, I swear I'll nail your feet to the floor. And don't think I won't."

Marron stopped pacing and turned to face her boyfriend, an annoyed and worried expression played across her face. "I'm sorry, Goten, I just can't help it, I'm so nervous..." She bit her lip, a habit she had when she was tense. "Do you think Pan'll convince Trunks to wear the costume? We won't have a bunny if he won't do it...You know how upset those kids will be..."

She gave a huge sigh and slumped down on the couch next to Goten. He smiled and wrapped an arm around her shoulder, pulling her into a hug. "You'll have your bunny, I promise. Pan has a way of getting Trunks to do whatever she wants him to."

"Kind of like the way I have of getting you to do whatever I want you to?"

"Hardy har har."

Marron smiled and leaned her head on his shoulder. It was silent for a few minutes before Goten said, "You know, if Trunks won't do it, we can always try and convince his Tousan."

Marron giggled uncontrollably, visioning Vegeta in a pink, fuzzy rabbit suit.

Goten opened his mouth as if to say more, but the front door of the Kame House opened and slammed.

"We're here!" Pan's voice rang out. Marron and Goten turned their heads to look at Pan, who was dressed in a casual springtime dress and a pair of fake rabbit ears for decoration. Marron and Goten stood up and smiled.

"Hello, Pan-chan," Marron greeted, hugging her best friend. She looked around as Pan hugged her uncle. "Er--Where's Trunks?" Marron said. "Please tell me he agreed to it. Because Goten refuses..."

Goten snorted and leaned against the wall. "When hell freezes over, I promise I'll do it."

Pan gave her uncle a look before turning back to Marron. "He finally gave in. I was worried, for awhile thought he was never going to agree. But I eventually stopped begging and started blackmailing." Pan flipped her hair over her shoulder and grinned. "One must simply find the right mouse to catch the snake."

Marron laughed, getting the hint of what she was saying, although Goten still looked confused.

"Well, did he come?" Marron asked, her blue eyes glittering eagerly.

"Yes, Marron, he did," Trunks snapped, entering the living room, costume and all. Marron's hand flew up to her mouth to keep her laughter muffled. Goten burst out laughing and fell to the floor, clutching his sides. Pan just grinned.

"Ain't he cute?" Pan said after the laughter died down, although tears of laughter will still streaming down Goten's face. "I think pink's a good color on him." She batted her eyelashes and Goten doubled over in laughter once more.

If looks could kill, Pan would be dead 10 times over.

"Thank you so much, Trunks," Marron said after she could keep her face strait. "You don't know this means a lot to me, and plus the kids will love you. Just wait, you'll be glad you did this."

Trunks snorted in mild disbelief.

"Is this for charity?" Pan asked. Marron nodded. "Yup. It's for the kids over at St. Ivy's hospital, they really need some cheering up to get into the easter spirit. So what better way to cheer a kid up then to see the president of the biggest company in the world dressed up in a fluffy pink bunny suit."

Goten clamped his hands over his mouth to die out his laughter, and Pan joined in. Trunks just rolled his eyes.

"Oh, I almost forgot!" Marron exclaimed, leaving the room and heading upstairs. Goten watched her leave then turned back to his friend, who looked like a very annoyed cat who just fell in a tub of water. "So, Pan," Goten started slyly, jamming his hands into his coat pockets. "How exactly did you get wonder boy over here to dress up in that?"

Pan sniggered. "I convinced him to dress up as a girl, didn't I? Didn't hurt to try my charm again." She reached across and pinched his cheek. "Isn't that right, you cute 'lil rodent?"

Trunks grunted.

"Okay, here," Marron said, walking back up to Trunks and holding out a large Easter basket, pausing briefly to get a look at Trunk's expression. Trunks looked at the basket with a disdain expression. It was filled with chocolate eggs and bunnies, and other candy that was wrapped in colorful foil. "What's this?" He asked, taking the basket.

"It's the easter basket, you twit," Marron said, grinning. "That's the candy you give to the kids when they sit in your lap."

"Are sick children even suppose to have candy?"

Marron shrugged. "Oh hell. It's the holidays. And you'll be needing this." She held out her hand which contained lipstick, blush and well other verity of things. Trunk's eyes widened in horror.

"I'll wear the costume, I'll give out the candy, but never in a lifetime will you get me to wear make-up." He shuddered. "Again."

Marron smiled and pulled her hand back in. She turned to Pan and grinned. "Will you do the honors, Pan-chan?"

She nodded, her eyes gleaming. "Certianly." She gracefully walked over to where Trunks was rooted to spot and wrapped her arms around his neck. "Wha--" was all he got out before she pulled his head closer and leaned up slightly, catching his lips in a soft and passionate kiss. She gently nibbled on his bottom lip and smiled against his as she felt him met in his arm. After about a minute, she pulled away, satisfied. She walked over beside Marron. "He's all yours."

Marron smiled and walked over to where Trunks had slumped onto the couch and started applying his make-up. Goten couldn't keep his face strait the entire time. Marron leaned back when she was finished and grinned in satisfaction.

"Look at it this way, Trunks," Pan said, uncrossing her arms. "At least Gokou isn't here to see you this time."

"Yeah, this time it's just my best friends and my girlfriend," he groaned, banging his head on the coffee table. "You guys turned me into something I'm ashamed to be."

"Nah, you did it yourself," Marron said, shaking her head. After all, not everyone gets the opportunity to be trained by Son Pan." A grin flashed across her face. "Let alone having the honors of being her 'bunny'."

Trunks scowled as Pan and Goten went into fits of laughter. Marron just patted his shoulder and stood up.

"You know," Pan started at Goten. "I think we should do this again next year. It's not all the time I can blackmail Trunks into doing something like this."

Goten grinned. "I agree." With that, he brought the camera he was able to sneak downstairs and started snapping photos. "This one's for the family album!"

"Arrrg! Goten, give me the goddamn camera now!"

Pan laughed as she watched her boyfriend chase Goten down the hallway, who was laughing like a mad-man. Marron shook her head and sighed. "Those two couldn't mature to save their life."

"...True," Pan agreed, resting against the wall. Her eyes sparkled with amusement. This was different, and she had a feeling a lot of things in the future would be different. But that didn't mean she couldn't have fun on the way of discovering something new.

*~The End~*

Teehee. Cute, isn't it? I couldn't help myself. I got a review by a close on-line buddy named Presea in my last story, who was sick of all the angst T/P fics. I believe a lot of people are. So this one is for all you guys. For those of you who *like* angst (and are fans of T/P) why not read my other story, "To Die For"? Full of depression and angst in the first part. ^_~

Well, I'm off. 10 pounds of chocolate for those who review. I'll love you forever. ^_^
